Our Rooms

Dunmoylen House offers 3 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, a guest lounge and dining room along with a handy kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV and DVD, wireless internet connection and private ensuite bathroom. Off street parking is available for your convenience along with a separate guest entrance. There is plenty to do and see in Albany so why not relax at the end of a busy day with a drink on the verandah enjoying the views across Lawley Park to Princess Royal Harbour.

The Harbour Room

The Harbour Room has its own private balcony looking over Lawley Park, through to Princess Royal Harbour. Reverse cycle air conditioning, private ensuite bathroom and a sitting area.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is a light sunny room with views of a cheerful garden. Contains reverse cycle airconditioning, private ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing room.

The Sanctuary Room

The Sanctuary Room is part of the original home with lovely high ceilings, ornate cornices, beautiful lighting and polished boards and old fireplace. It has the option to be fitted with a king sized bed or twin singles on request. A reverse Cycle Aircond will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Attached is a newly renovated private ensuite bathroom. This is a spacious yet snug inner room with the main large north facing window in the ensuite overlooking a Tuscanesque courtyard.

Albany is a fantastic base to explore the South Coast and surrounding areas. The area has abundant natural beauty with fantastic coastal vistas and the opportunity to get close to nature. Learn about the history of Western Australia’s oldest European settlement. Or simply enjoy local foods and wines which the area is famous for. Spend a few days exploring Albany and you will see why Albany is truly amazing.
